Alright Im terribly stuck on this day quest, I do know what I should do, but once I get the blood sample of Klara and check it under the microscope nothing happens. I dont get any notes or clues what I should do next to that - and I tried talking to both Saburov and Big Vlad - I am already wondering whether to leave the quest die this time >.<

Try talking to Klara again. I dont think you die if you dont complete this quest anyway.
