Weeell, I had been playing up until day 9, when my computer suddenly decides it wants to put big, ugly black boxes on both sides of the screen when I start up this game. I guess it might have been connected to me updating my graphics drivers, but it's really annoying me. I liked that the game took up the whole screen (even if it was a little stretched out).

Any fixes? I already tried going into the init/config files and changing the resolution there, but the only thing that happens is I get an even smaller screen. I also tried looking it up in the nVidia control panel, but alas, I found nothing.

Help?

This is definitely connected to your video driver. My best suggestion is to roll back to the previous version until you've completed Pathologic.

Though perhaps someone (particularly someone with an nVidia card) has a better suggestion?
