Is this a bug? I'm hoping it is, because otherwise it's a VERY unfair, unannounced and abrupt "feature".

I was playing circa cycle 22, had just fought the Triton and was happily harvesting some color to finish him off when Whaler comes back from the pits saying I'm a cool guy and all, but he's going to, like, murder me. My first Brother fight ever. When he gets 4 heads, the battle ends for some reason, I hit B and *gasp* everything is gone! I have some 50 silver in my heart that I didn't have before (silver is so rare) and that's ALL! Is this supposed to be like that????

On an unrelated note, was the Ole Freeze hotfix released yet? I hit that bug and am following some advice that you can just wait some and try to feed her later on, but I have to ask:

Does this alter the course of the game any? Like, will I get a different ending, or a different chain of events because I have been forced to leave her feeding for later? (no spoilers please, just a yes or no 8) )

The brothers only attack you if they have reason. The reason you lost all your color is probably because you lost the fight.

The whaler fight ends with your defeat if you let him get all four heads active. The penalty for defeat by a brother is either that you lose entirely, or that your body is almost entirely drained of color. So, no, you did not experience a bug.
