I haven't played much with my new crossfire setup so don't know , this setup means 2x Asus AMD HD Radeon 6970's, they are both on x16 lanes but the other is universal which only runs at speed of x4

It's probably a driver issue. If you're using the latest drivers (and I'm guessing you are), it may be worth trying an older version, to see if that makes any difference.

Have tried all the drivers there are , new, old and beta, it's just that crossfire is not really working, it's making many other programs not work, with 1 card enabled they are all fine, gotta get a new motherboard sometime
