Great game, approaching the end. Just have a quick question *spoilers*




When you choose to ascend yourself by going into the adit, where is it that your supposed to draw the breakthrough glyph? I tried just drawing it at random, many times to make sure I did not draw it wrong, but it had no effect. I had my hearts filled with color also when I did this. Not sure what to do.

If I remember correctly, it's just like drwaing on a tree. Find the object and activate it with a drop, then draw the glyph. Your hearth bar must glow (turgor state), otherwise it won't work.

Where is the object though? That's what I can't figure out.

Walk around, you'll see that you are able to draw when you stuck on it like a guardian-trap in the gardens.

You need to fill your body and Palette to the brim first. Then just go to the Adit, and it won't be too hard to find where to draw the glyph.
