I've managed to fill Ole's 4 hearts and I have all 21 glyphs(hearts) but it wont let me draw the breakthrough glyph on her. Tyrant still wanders around aimlessly - do I need to kill him before I can do this? Also, is Turgor state activated when all your hearts or full, or the palette is full? Do you need to be on the map to be in Turgor state?

Turgor activates when all hearts and nerva are full, regardless of the palette and brothers. You need to be on the map only to reach it, just wait till nerva will be filled to its limit and add colour to each heart.
