I'm having a issue where once I pickup a object to throw into a vuvuzela then I can't throw it or move anymore. I've loaded a previous save game and have the same results.

both the lmb or E button do nothing. I think I found a bug.

Well, after you throw it into a vuvuzela the object should be inside the vuvuzela and it should be quiet.. until the vuvuzela throws the object back to you. Then you should be able to move the object again.
