I'm having some trouble with the color cisterns, I filled one of them. I won't say how, to avoid spoiling the game, those of you that know how to do it, already know how. But when I put the other 3 cisterns in the same place nothing happened. I have them just sitting on the platform now, so I don't lose them.

Do I have to fill it in any certain order?

There are two depleted tubes, if you look inside them you'll see what color they need to be filled with (red and yellow iirc). Find the 2 cisterns that have red and yellow paint on them and drop them down the eggplant. You don't have to do them in any order and the other 2 cisterns are useless.

Oh. At first I thought they would be color coded like you said, after finding one red cistern. But I got all 4 red ones... what should I do?

There is a bug in the game that if you use the blueprint on non-red cisterns they turn red in appearance. They still count as whatever color they were before when you throw them into the factory though.

At least, that is how it was for me.

I dumped them all into the factory. They just sat down at the bottom, they are a pain to get back out. I'll just start over and use a custom design for the yellow ones.
