I have built a speedboat, which the game also does not seem to realize, as it is still telling me that I may need to sell some stuff so as to build one.

I have motored around the area, and kicked my share of buddies, yet I have no idea if the game is acting normal or bugged; is the Captain supposed to be at the turbine?
