Hello!

I just bought the game, but immediately after starting it (black screen), this error message pops up:

Error: can't create game module: can't load sound library

Then the game doesnt do anything.

infos: i have windows 7, installed the german version, pc is ca 1/2 year old.

i will appreciate any help!

Did the game install properly? Where did you buy the game - is it at Steam store or some other source?

I installed the game 2 times and found no indications of a non-proper installation.

i purchased it from amazon.de.

i also tried the demo, but there the same problem occured.

could it be my soundcard? (creative sb x-fi platinum)

I tried the demo installed via steam, and this version works perfectly.

Is there a way, that i can trade my non-working game for the steam version?

Could you provide game.log from Documents/My Games/Cargo! ?
