Ни на Ф5, ни на прямой приказ игра не реагирует, при попытке загрузки мне культурно объясняют, что у меня нету сейвов. Памятуя о подобной проблеме в X-COM: Apocalypse, создал в корневой папке кучу папок с именами типа "Saves" итд, но не помогло тоже. Кстати, непосредственно папки с сохранениями я так и не нашёл.

В общем, помогите советом.

Узнайте, есть ли у вас права на создание файлов в данной папке. Проблема может быть в этом.

Использую Виндоуз ХР, мой юзер запароленный, однако доступ к "моим документам" открыт.

Не могли бы вы также подсказать, как именно называется папка с сейвами и где она лежит? Заранее спасибо.

Папка с сейвами лежит в папке с игрой и называется, например, так E:\Developer\Pathologic\Game\saves.

Проблема решена без патчей - секрет в том, что в корневой папке у мну почему-то отсутствовала папка "saves" (именно так, с маленькой буквы)
