The hands show only an approximate location of the Birdmasks - they are standing in the following locations (from left to rigth):
1) Near the sandbox in a backyard.
2) Behind the theatre.
3) Head to the middle rightmost bridge
before the railroad bridge and cross it. If you go straight ahead and approach the arc to the right you are most likely to spot him.
