Those warning in the log mean "nothing", the game still runs with them.

I use vista64 business with DX10 and both the Russian version and the German version work out of the box.


Have you tried disabling all the stuff in your GFX card? (AA, AF, etc) sometimes games crash with the wrong settings. Try turning everything off and start to enable them little by little if you can get the game to work.

Well, that's useful to know. Not a problem with Vista64 then.

I would suggest unloading your antivirus program (+ disabling the internet) during the install, in case of a conflict there.

just tried,
Control Panel -> Nvidia control -> "add settings for specific programm = the void" -> turning everything off, the same happened

I'd like to avoid disabling the antivirus stuff, but what about the commodo firewall ?
why should the antivirus do bad stuff on the game ?

The firewall shouldn't be the case, but the antivirus might just lock some functions that the game uses. I usually check all this intrusive programms for compatibility - usually they are the case.
