| Post subject: | Pathologic-possibility to run/move faster? |
Hello everybody! I'm playing Pathologic, the atmoshpere of this game is incredible, but there is one thing, which is VERY annoying for me. There is a lot of distance between important houses/places/etc. And the main character cannot run, he can only "sneak". Maybe I didn't noticed, but is there a possibility to move faster, or go immediately to some places when I'm looking on the map? These all walkings between important places is boring and annoying. I'm very patient man, but it is too much for me. Many thanks for help! |

There is only one way, and the effect is rather negligble to be honest. Worse still, it only becomes available on day 6 or 7 from memory. You have to buy Military boots. Though holding shift makes you sneak, presumably what the character does as default is walking Going to have to grin and bear this one. At least days make nice discrete packages for breaks |

You could use the flying cheat. Also, there are console commands to go directly to each location. Details here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5302 |

This might also be one of the few things which can be modded (at least the player character's stats and height can be)... |
