ACCCK! I just hate it when I have to replay each day a thousand times to make it before midnight!

For your information, I'm on day 2 of the Bachelor scenario and I manage to do everything, but whenever the day finishes and I get that on-screen message of my success, it says that there were blah blah casulties.

And it's always Georgij Kain who bites the dust! WHY?! I -did- visit him that day and there were absolutely NO more conversation options with him.

What am I doing wrong? I know I could just keep on playing, but Maria said that the Adherents must not die under any circumstances.

I had the same problem, but I solved it just carefully finishing all the quests. I don't remember exactly, but it may be the quest with testing of medicines.

Thanks for the reply!

I did manage to preserve Georgij's life in the end. Apparently, I didn't receive the three dots in my quest log that stand for the completion of a quest. The problem was that I somehow forgot to report back to Saburov, even though my quest log said everyting was fine. After I reported to him, I received the three dots in my quest log and everything was fine.

Meh, seems I'm stuck yet again :\
I'm on day 7 of the Bachelor scenario and I'm trying to get the "Mask and Overall" quest. You're supposed to find an executioner's costume and start looking for it by asking in the Theatre. The walkthrough states that you can only talk to Mark (in the Theatre) after you've handed in the reports from the daily quest to Aglaya. I did that and also made sure I got the three dots for finishing this time, so yes I'm 100% sure :P However, when I go to the Theatre and start talking to Mark, there are absolutely no conversation options. How do I get this quest now?

AFAIK, you can not get the Mask and Overall if you already completed the main quest. You should talk with Mark after you've handed in the reports, but BEFORE you discovered the traitor.

Wow, guys, you're really a big help to me, thanks :)

While on the subject, does anyone know where to get Twyrine drinks? I need five(!!!) for Petr Stamatin. Bought three (all they had) in the Tavern where Andrei usually hangs out. There's another Tavern but it can't be accessed at all. Pharmacies don't sell it either. Meh.


EDIT: Tried the cheats to get the Twyrine, but it doesn't work... something about invalid argument blah blah. All the other cheats (god mode, fly, slow down etc.) work, but not the additem (I bind the f4 key to additem Danko Tvirin 1).

I think some citizens drop twyrine when they die..

Anyway, the first argument is the ID returned by id_player. For the Bachelor it's
bindcmd f4 "additem 6964 tvirin 1"

You can't trade with patrolmen who walk around. You'll have to find a stationary one, which can be kinda hard since they are mostly replaced by soldiers later in the game

To get the current ID just enter "id_player" into the console. It'll return the id needed. :)

Awesome, didn't know they had the same ID.

Also, not to start another new topic.... could someone explain to me what those dark orange/brown "ghosts" chasing you around the infected areas are? It's not the infected cloud, it's darker and actually looks like a ghost or a phantom... and it's clever, too, since it's following you for a few seconds before disappearing! Spooky :(

It's also a cloud of infection, actually. There's some info about them in the game. I remember seeing a mod, that changed these into Uwe Boll's head... :)

You'd better watch it, or he'll be after your games soon.

I never noticed those faces in the infection clouds until I had to spend an hour inside an infected house. That freaked me out. It kind of reminded me of The Fog by James Herbert a little.
