I love pathologic, its a great game, but i think that the menu graphic is a bit over the top. I dont want my little sister seeing it, stuff like that scares her. How would you go about changing it to a black screen using mods? Thanks. |

That should be easy and will take about 10-15 minutes of your time. You need the VFS unpacker - it's somewhere here, on the forum. Unpack Textures.vfs with it, so that there is a Textures folder in the game resource folder. Find something that looks like mainmenu.tex or alike - rename it to DDS. You can edit DDS with a lot of programs, like Photoshop with plugins. http://developer.nvidia.com/object/phot ... ugins.html Good luck!

Here ya go: Download VFS Unpacker. (Alternatively, you can use Whitewind's VFS plugin for Total Commander.) In case you don't have Photoshop, you can also edit DDS files using GIMP. |

thanks guys, i did everything that yous said, and there is now a folder called "textures" in the data folder. There is a MASSIVE ammount of files in there however, and i cant find anything that hints at being part of the menu... you dont happen to know the exact name of what im looking for? thanks very much. 8) |
