Looks AliceMcGheestic to me. They decided to give direct control over Lolitas which is good. Wonder if they manage so give enough personalization to each of them 'cause the game's space (Path to granny's house) doesn't seem event-rich to me, although I DO hope that they'll cope with this somehow and we'll get a decent dark emotional successor of Pathologic. |

It will be a bit unsettling, especially, I guess, for the usual "hardcore gamer".. and I'm pretty sure some people will hate it But it's definitely going to be interesting

I think this will be an extremely interesting game. I can see the comparison with American McGee, but I think/hope that this will be better than anything he's ever been associated with... and definitely a lot more creative

Looks like Little Red Riding Hood in the forest. Graphic is pretty good, but I personally don't like it. And storyline? I know nothing about it... |

Ithink this game is adult only. Heh, I like such atmospheric forests like The Witcher. But Silent Hill is the best horror game. "The Path" sounds as the way through dangerous places. I hope...

Well, this was released yesterday and I'm downloading my copy now. It's a very reasonable $9.99, available here. The game sounds incredibly interesting and even if I end up hating it, I think the developers deserve my support Oh yeah, and 1C will be publishing a Russian language version sometime this year 8) [EDIT: Just started playing it, and so far, I like it a lot. I found an old boot in the woods!] |

I also forgot to thank hydra9 for mentioning the game here. It's what piqued my interest. Having just 'finished' the game all I have to say is Wow!  Definitely do not look on this as a game though, more an interactive experience. I have so far managed to clock just over 11 hours play time and I feel (and know) there is still so much more to discover in there. It has a more diluted oppressive feeling as Pathologic, although on a completely different vibe. The scenery is wonderful, the characters are richly created, the music and sound effects are breathtaking (and sometimes just downright unnerving). I'm getting ready to delete my save and start all over again, it's that good! I have ordered their special edition USB edition as well though, that's how good it is.
