Yes, it's Russian. They are talking about engine changes. In Witcher I every char had a unique script therefore the programming took a lot of time, Witcher II engine allows the usage of generic script for multiple characters with behaviour priority adjustment. The buildings are open now (not different areas as it was in Witcher I), the player has got more interaction with the world (like jumping over fences, breaking enviroment with signs, NPC reaction to player's behavior, etc.) |

I dunno, I wasn't all that impressed by The Witcher. The combat was very pedestrian, the quests very straightforward and the load times...Dear God, the load times -.- The storyline was fairly good though and the graphics were pretty good for the time. I'll watch this one with an open mind. |
