Post subject: | The Void (Steam) Unplayable due to frequent crashing |
Hello, I have been trying to get the void working on my computer for about half a day or so, but no matter what I did the crashing persisted. My computers spec: 1) Win XP SP3 2) Athlon X2 5000+ 3) MSI Nvidia Geforce 470 Some of the things I tried: 1) Different graphics settings - No vsync, no AA and AF 2) Updated Nvidia drivers to 266.58 3) Installed DirectX using executable in Void game folder 4) Verified game cache in Steam Crashing occured when: 1) Most often when entering a different menu like options (Esc) and body (B) 2) Sometimes in the game world 3) Always occurs sooner or later, the furthest I got was to the part where I first entered the void and had to choose another chamber.
