Hi, do enemies (the little guys running and flying around, that attack me) respawn? Is there any benefit from killing them instead of escaping/avoiding them? Thank you for your consideration

New creatures will appear on the next cycle. You may gain a small amount of Color if you kill them. But there may be wider-reaching effects too. It's up to you whether you kill or avoid them... and it's up to you to decide which course of action is best.

Do they only respawn when I kill them, or does there number increase with every cycle? You said, I'll get color for killing them, can you explain please? Up to know I thought I need color to kill them. Thank you for your quick response!

You do need to use Color, when you kill them. But some of the creatures have Color inside them, which you can gather. They don't respawn, as such. There will just be a new set of creatures on the following cycle, IIRC. Certain actions you make in the world will determine how many creatures will appear - also the number does generally increase as the game goes on. It's up to you whether you kill them. For the most part, I avoid them, but it's up to you.

Predators spawn at the start of the cycle based on the total amount of damage done by spending color in the sister's realm. Certain types of predators reward you with color when you kill them. In fact, this is one of the most reliable ways to get silver when you need it.
