| Post subject: | Could I have ruined my game by killing the Pangolin? |
So there's a Heart in the Pangolin chamber. I didn't get it before killing the Pangolin. After killing the Pangolin, its thrashing body broke the platform the Heart was on and now it's floating off in the air by the dead Pangolin, apparently unreachable. Is there any way for me to get it? |

I did the same for the first time, I was so happy finally killed him and the hearth was lost, I just smiled  No, you can not get the hearth now, It is lost. (As far as I know) Either pick it up during the fight or continue in the game, there are plenty of hearts. Also there can be more than one hearth in a chamber, search carefully. |

So... you need 20 (or 21?) hearts to win the game, but there are actually more than that many places to find them? |

The heart is not completely lost. If you have Magnet, you can use it to get this heart. |

Yes you need, 20 + 1 (your own) hearts. I didn't know you could get it with Magnet glyph sorry. It could have been any hearth, they are not pre-set. I don't want to spoil the game for you so I will just say you can continue even without that hearth - you will be able to get hearts also by... Or you can fight the Pangolin again. |

There are more than enough hearts in the game, that should be the least of your worries.

Whew. That's a relief. Thanks. I guess I was just getting worried because I've finally opened access to all the chambers but I only have 9 hearts and my color capacity is starting to become a problem.

Well, it's best that you search for them anyway! You'll hear aspecific sound, when there's a heart in a chamber - as a hint, there's one in Ire's Pond |

Good evening!I was confused a little bit to ask about this heart in Russian board, but here I'll try to ask - how could I get this one? I saw it through gaps in a woven fence, but...  couldn't come there. It also needs to get with the help of a Magnet?

Hmm btw, I tried to jump over the fence, but I always fell through the ground and went to the void.. |

If you search the forum, you will find that there's a 2nd heart in the pangolin chamber, i suggest looking for it if you like. (Supposedly a replacement for if the heart on the branch got lost by killing the pangolin without getting it first) |

 No luck..same as jackal wrote. I tried to walk and jump from left side of the heart place.P.S. After certain maneuvers I finally get it-

this (second) one actually disappeared for me, despite having seen it while exploring the reservation before doing the actual fight.I checked the IGN walkthrough to see where it might be thinking I might be overlooking it after the fight, and he says it disappeared for him too. http://faqsmovies.ign.com/faqs/document ... 0jan04.pdf (note that this guide is not entirely accurate based on my own experiences so far and this forum) |

I have noticed sometime ago when i was there myself, if you collect 1 of the 2 hearts then leave the chamber and go back in. The heart that you didn't collect is gone. So if you want both, have to get them both at same time without leaving the chamber. You havn't collected any of the hearts yet, so there should still be one there.. unless the system recognizes you have picked up the one on the branch when it fell. The 2nd one should be located behind one of the exit portals on a lower branch. |

Weird.. because i took some dmg when trying to get both hearts (avoiding the predators) so i reloaded some times untill i got both without taking dmg from predators or the pangolin. Thats when i noticed during those try's, it might be different for others but thats something i'm not sure off. I didn't kill the pangolin either. |
