I was watching a video from the game, the "uncensored" version , and i noticed that the 1st sister looks different.

Look, this is the 1st sister in the game i'm playing right now:

Please i need to know if this difference affects the game or something...

Again, there is no censored version, and as such there is no uncensored version also! :evil:

The second image is from a earlier trailer and has no bearing on the game.

Not all of the girls were finished when we were capturing video for that old trailer. If you find older videos you will see that the Nameless Sister in the Russian version is the same as usual.
