When I start The Void, for some reason I can hear the sound, but I get no video. I'm playing the game from Steam and using Windows XP. My Video driver is NVidia, but I don't know which one. So, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone has any suggestions to try. |

Have you updated your video drivers? if not just get the latest one, or have you ran a integrity check? (Sorry if the spelling is off) |

I have upgraded my drivers after getting this game to make sure that wasn't it. I don't know what an integrity check is though. |

In steam you can right click on the game in your games list, then click properties in the bottom. there is a Tab Local Files, there you should see it. |

Do you have SLI/crossfire? Do you have multiple monitors? |

I don't have multiple monitors and I don't know what SLI/Crossfire is. |

Could you do this? 1. Right-click on your desktop. 2. Go to 'properties' 3. Go to the 'settings' tab 4. Hit the 'advanced' button 5. Go to the 'adapter' tab What is listed as your 'adapter type'? |

I checked the integrity of the game files and it didn't come up with any problems. My Adapter Type is NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT. |
