Post subject:  Error: Can't create game module: already running

I'm currently getting the following error message upon starting the game:

Can't create game module: already running.

I have checked for duplicate processes and found none, rebooted the machine and have just reinstalled Cargo.
I have also verified the game files through steam and checked game.log for errors of which there where none.
However I still receive this error when starting the game.

Any ideas?

try to open file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\cargo!\data\config.xml
and remove from it string: <DebugOutput />

please write if this will help.
Our engine programmer told me that you may have debugging software started. What are doing with it? )

This seems to have solved the issue, I did notice a similar string in game.log but thought nothing of it.

With regards to the debugging software, this error was occurring the minute after I installed the game.
I wasn't running any debugging software.
