| Post subject: | Serial Key Problem With Retail Version |
When I try to install the retail version of Cargo! (which I bought from Amazon), it says that I need a serial key. But I cannot find the serial key anywhere on the case, inside the case or on the cd/dvd. There is no included manual. Where is the serial key? Help?

Try contacting Viva Media supportBut I cannot find the serial key anywhere on the case, inside the case or on the cd/dvd. There is no included manual. Where is the serial key? Help? http://www.viva-media.com/Support.aspx They are producing retail version of the game, unfortunately we dont have any information about manual and serail number. |

Well, I sent them an email. Hopefully this gets resolved, as I was really looking forward to playing Cargo! Edit: Just as an update; I got a message from Viva Media including a new serial key and I was able to install the game (which is excellent, by the way). |
