So I 'fixed' the second volcano (first vuvuzela, then the organ), but after the cinematic plays I'm stuck (can't move or see myself.)
If then I try creating a vehicle I appear outside of the level geometry. If I then destroy the vehicle, my character appears but it is unable to move.
EDIT:
Managed to continue. Had to reload an earlier save before the first volcano.
