Hello,
I think it's either a problem with corrupt instalation or the game has a problem with your graphic card. From what you posted I see that you are using a laptop with two GPUs, Intel HD and Radeon 7470M. Which one are you playing the game on? You could try playing the game with the other and see if the problem is still there. I tried my own Intel graphics but even on "Fantastic" setting I didn't get your bug.
Concerning the installation: Does the character look like this even when he is getting up from bed/repairing light/opening doors (there are separate sprites for this)? Did you run into any errors during the installation? And are you using the Steam version or the downloadable installer?

You can also go to C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Ice-Pick Lodge\Knock-knock
There is a log file for the game from which you can get some information, too.

Managed to fix it, thanks to you reminding me I had too graphics cards!

Knock-Knock had defaulted to the Intel card, but when I manually set it to use the other, the graphics issue was fixed! :D

Just for the record (in case it helps anyone else identify their problem), he turned invisible when adjusting a light, he looked like the screenshot when walking, but looked normal in bed.
