I'm currently at the fifth day with the Haruspicus, I've gotten out of the jail, and finished Little Vlads side-quest. But now my reputation is zero, and I was wondering if one can raise one's reputation by other means besides completing certain quests?

I'm running short of, especially, food, antibiotics and can't buy new supplies due to my low reputation. So should I keep struggling onwards, or should I go back to a earlier day or two and, hopefully, move more wisely through the preceding days, in order to overcome this day?

When you've killed the guards and are ready to escape, don't hurry. Help the people lying on the floor to die peacefully and your reputation will be ok. The dead guards have some stuff for that. If you act quickly and keep your immunity level high you won't even get infected.

There's another way. Pay a visit to Dankovsky for the quest of the day and you'll find out.

Oh, and you can give money to beggars in the streets!
