By "miss things" I mean dialogue, or events. Like if you filled up a Sisters first heart with one use of Donor, would you miss out on the in between dialogues? Or if you killed a brother early would you miss anything?

Right now I'm at like cycle 16-18 and I'm swimming in Amber, Azure, Emerald, Violet,and most recently Crimson... So much so that I have to put a lot of it into my hearts and then my hearts make too much for my pallet, and I start wasting it.

*Small spoiler warning?*

So I ended up donating a lot to two of the sisters and getting very close to having their third heart. For one of them (the one that likes amber and violet) I decided to go for it and try to kill her brother. In my first attempt I failed to kill him, he impaled a couple flying body parts on himself and the battle ended abruptly, but I do know that I could kill him if I really tried, I'm just afraid of the consequences.

1: If I kill him this early will I miss out any interactions with him that I would get in the future?
2: Will this piss off all the other brothers, and make them hate me and put an end to anything? (I just recently got the mission to kill the two remaining predator bosses)

As for the second request, can anyone post a basic timeline of how fast I should be going, like:

Cycle 1: start in first garden
Cycle 3: first garden full
Cycle 5: get access to the next two sisters
Cycle 10: complete whatever
Cycle 12: reach blahblahblah
Cycle 15: kill first brother
Cycle 18 have access to all sisters

You get the idea, preferably vague and without spoilers.

Once you have access to all visible sisters risks of getting overwhelmed by the difficulty become low, that is all thou shall know.

Yes. He is one of the less important brothers though. Oh, I can't tell you that. You have to decide if that is a risk you're willing to take.

I guess so, I'm probably thinking about it the wrong way... I'm too much of a major perfectionist, and dialogue hound. My biggest enemy in Oblivion are those gold topics indicating new or unheard dialogue.(Unless it's those damn rumors which turn gold daily.)
