Hey everyone. I'm playing Pathologic (I would start on how ABSOLUTELY AWESOME the concept seems to me but this is not the place); I've read parts of some walkthroughs but I thought this is the best place to ask any extra questions. I've "spoiled" the game for myself up to day 3, inclusively, and read http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2008/04 ... -the-body/. That's all I know about the story, and nothing more Please don't spoil the ending!

I'm on Bachelor's Day 2. By the looks of it, I'll have to redo it, so I need to ask something: is there anything I can get from the infected houses except the key? I didn't dare to explore more than was required to complete the quest (those places are SCARY). I just want to know if I'll be screwed for not emptying the cupboards or something. I'm really not looking forward to going back there, but I know it's only going to get worse, so I might as well stop being squeamish, right?

One more thing: I understand the "let's get out of here" quest needs to be completed by 10 p.m. I fail if I don't manage to talk to everyone and arrange it until then, right?

Sorry for all the talking. I'm usually more concise but this game got me both very excited and a bit freaked out, and as you can imagine I've got noone else to discuss it with

Exploring infected houses is, of course, optional. But sometimes your character needs to search a definite house for a particular quest object. From Isidor's house (silent house) yes, only the key.

As for the "let's get out of here" quest, I'm not sure, but try to finish it by midnight.

Thanks MorlokKate I worked out day 2 eventually.

Now I'm on day 4 and about to do the quest with the warehouse appointed as a morgue. HOW do you kill all those guys inside? I can take out 3-4 of them but then the rest kill me in a matter of seconds. Would it help if I got a shotgun? Also, after talking to Gryph, the quest log tells me I have to inform Saburov that the murderers are not sent by Gryph. Does it help if I talk to him before clearing the warehouse (as in, does he give me bullets or something?)

That warehouse is one of the hardest sections of the game. You can jump up on some of the boxes in there, which might help to get you out of range of the guys.

I can't answer the Saburov question, as I can't remember. It's worth a try, though!

You can also enter the warehouse with shift pressed and then it's possible to take down the first three one by one. The rifle is of no use here, takes too much time to reload, but do buy it from Gryph while it's still cheap, you'll need it soon.

And it doesn't matter whether you talk to Gryph before or after dealing with the bandits. You'll get your reward after you've finished with them.

Note to self: I should try beating the difficult areas a couple more times before running to you guys. Sorry for being such a noob. On the other hand, I'm glad I get to talk to people about Pathologic - thanks for your answers! Can't wait to finish so I can get into those ending-related forum threads

I finished the warehouse - I used the knife on the first 2, then the rifle. However - after talking to either Saburov or Gryph (before finishing this quest) one of them tells you that Braga is hiding in one of the warehouses there. I tried to go back and find him, but you can't enter any of the other warhouses in the Earth, as far as I can tell. Am I doing something wrong, or is it really impossible to find him, and I should just give up and collect my reward?

You can't possibly find him because you've just killed him) Just talk to Gryph and Saburov and get your reward.
