I have purchased a copy of THE VOID, which I have installed ok, but when
I go to start up the game I get this notice come up on the screen -

Can?t create game module: cant create renderer instance, reason: can?t create
Direct3D device (0x8876086c, D3DERR_INVALIDCALL)

My laptop is a MSI ? MEGABOOK - VR700, it runs Windows XP Home, with 2 Gig
of Ram and over 80 Gig of free Hard drive space.
What can I do to fix this problem?

First of all try to install the newest DirectX.

What graphic card do you have?

Hi Mac,
Apparently, the Megabook VR700 uses an Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics adapter. Unfortunately, this is not powerful enough to run the game.

I'm afraid you won't be able to play The Void without an upgrade :|
