(I played two minutes of Devotress after beating Bachelor. Translation seems OK so far, at least for the graveyard dialog :P)

OMG, never noticed the "I can eat myself" thing... :)
Also, some of the stuff above is intentionally funny... Sorry to disappoint :)

Intentional humor escaping intact from a translation from Russian to English alone is rare, let alone a poorly executed translation. :P Excuse me if I default to assuming any entertaining choice of words is accidental. ;)

I think I'll be going back to 800x600. It's like the HUD's specifically designed for that res- it's especially noticeably in the sell menu, where there's extra spaces than normal shown onscreen- but the bottom six spaces are useless and always empty, and your items show only in the ones above it.

Also with these shots that's the first time I noticed that not everybody non-important uses the same ragdoll. I never noticed there were multiple iterations of it.

I love this line. This one is definitely intentional, and just great:

oh, westerners are so 'details' freaked. I'd never even notice all these thingies should you not point them out. Good job.

Well, the localisation is really terrific (or "terrifying" was the right choice? :D beats me...) In fact, some phrases sound funny just because of strange translation. But others were there originally. ;)

Sorry for reviving this, but I really have to throw in my two cents :D
I just love it when either of the two male characters stumbles upon the blonde woman and she cries her heart out because she doesn't know where her children are and what happened to them. And then you get the very emphatic "Mend my clothes, dear."

It's like saying "Back behind the stove, woman!" Just cracks me up ever time :D
