As for Pathologic being just a game - well books, movies and games as such are a reflection of the reality we live in. (That's what I personally like about the game - everyone acts like they would in normal life: they may tell the truth and lie, they may betray you... And all this on a much higher level than in most mainstream movies nowadays. ) As a reflection - you can look in the mirror and see something which you couldn't by looking directly. This game changes lives. Maybe slightly, but it does.
