I got the german version recently and find it quite intrigueing.

Is there a possibility to get the russian language files (I understand there is also a new russian edition)
A few sentences in the german version are still in Russian and though my knowledge of russian is only rudimentary I like the way the Princess is talking. It enhances the atmosphere)

Does the amount I take make any difference for the upcoming harvest?
I mean, will there grow more during the next cycle if I leave everything on the tree ?
I made the experience, that after one or two harvests output is bad. -- exactly then when I desperately need colour. ((

As you can read in the following posts, this is not correct:

As far as I know it really effects the output of a harvest.
If you, after filling a tree to the maximum wait one cycle, it'll give you ca. 35 color (?).
Each new cycle (if you harvested it) it'll only have half of the amount of the cycle before.
Means: 35 - 18 - 9 - 5 - ...

But if you, instead of harvesting it in the first cycle, wait two more cycles its output will be much higher: (ca.) 82 - 41 - 20 - 10 - ...

To summarize it:
You have 160 units of color after five cycles instead of only 70, if you wait 3 cycles, not only 1.

That's the point. The theory is nice, though quite a simple check proves it wrong. The income depends on the initial lympha amount along with some other thing, and doesn't depend on how and when you prefer to harvest the tree.

But... I now waited two cycles.. and this is what the tree's output is:

I just went out of the garden, came back one cycle later and now the tree has

I harvested it, waited another cycle and it's output is at 48 (screenshot).

Sorry for not understanding, but isn't there now more color than before (in total)?

This tree can't give 48 in one cycle. As far as I know, all the trees basically give N times more than you put in, and the additional amount of colour the tree produces each cycle is proportional to the initial colour amount. The effectiveness is affected by your Inspiration (=give less colour to get the same effect) and health of domain in which the garden is located.
These are the increments I got for the first garden: +42, +21, +10,+5, +3.
