I ordered The Void from Mamba about a month ago and then happily sat back waiting for release/international shipping to do its magic. However, my status page hasn't updated anything since paying them, and they haven't responded to my attempts to contact them thus far /=. Anyone else have problems ordering from them?

Hello, Kordesh!

You should write them an e-mail, it won't hurt to do so. Or wait a bit - Jason from Mamba comes around from time to time.

Actually I did write them an e-mail via their little web submission thingy. Sent another one as it's been about a week since I recall doing so last and I didn't hear anything, though it's possible it didn't go through so I sent another today. I don't by any means think they're ripping me off, I just don't know how to get a hold of them and have been trying to figure out if its shipped or if something is wrong with the order etc.

They will reply eventually, if you use the e-mail address on the site. I pre-ordered The Void with them, and it arrived promptly. Since then, I've ordered another copy for a friend, plus copies of a couple of their other games. It's been a bit of a wait, but Jason sent me an e-mail yesterday explaining that they had been waiting for new stock of The Void. He said I should be receiving the package in the next couple of days.

Also, the postal strike hasn't helped things.

Yeah they just got back to me. Didn't know about the postal strike issues, that's gotta suck for them /=. I think the first e-mail just never made it through. Anyway, I'm in the middle of Dragon Age so I'm in no big hurry. I was more or less worried that the order was canceled because they couldn't verify an address or somesuch and I never found out about it.
