Today I got my hands on the english version and played for an hour, noticed some minor bugs, and I want to inform developers about them.
1 Nameless Sister's lip sync doesn't work sometimes. It happened on her 2-nd conversation, or 3-rd, maybe, when I was playing.
2 When the 2-nd chapter begins, the letters of it's title are intersecting with the text below on lesser screen resolutions.
3 In Fireflys between the 1-st and 2-nd floors there is a black symbol on the wall near the stairs, it's acting wierd, sometimes it's not there, and when I approach it appears, or it's flickering, when I'm not close enough. Also for some reason in the same location my FPS drops, and there are lags happening prety often.
4 The game is freezing for a moment when I'm turning to a narrow corridor leading to Ava, same happens sometimes when I'm picking up a color-flower.
5 After the conversation with Ava the ambient music glitches for a short time, also this happens sometimes in random places too.

Played on:
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400
2GB RAM
GPU - Geforce 7300GT
nForce onboard sound on Asus M2N-MX motherboard.

I've noticed most of these, though I'm not particularly bothered by them.

I find that there is a 2 second pause whenever I'm in a Sister's location and I turn in her general direction (even if I can't actually see her.)

Another thing I noticed: Although I don't experience the 'ATI bug' on my (older) ATI card, I do find that anti-aliasing gets randomly turned off during play sessions. I think it's related to visiting Sisters, particularly Uta. If I quit and restart the game, it's fixed.

Anyway, no big deal.

After I defeated the third big predator, a Brother rewarded me with a heart I already owned ("Wasp"), complete with voiceover and video tutorial.

Glitchy game physics engine surprised me yesterday. I was hunting in the chamber with mountains, smoke and "summoner" creature, and I was passing by the gravestone when suddenly I allmost did The Berakthrough to the Upper Limit being launched by the game physics so high and so fast, that I could see the whole location and empiness around it from above. I was so surprised, that I forgot to take a screenshot. :(
And of course it's an old glitch, that if you try to jump over Eli and try to enter the airship, there's a big chance that you'll be pushed out and even fly out of the map.

Ah well, it struck me as sort of odd, anyway.

One of the brothers, when defeated, didn't allow me to press B and reassign color, leaving me to waste much of my reward. I did, however, notice that his last bar didn't disappear when he died. Is this a bug, or is it a result of my not killing him properly?
