All right, I bought the game from Strategy First, since they also has Space Empires: Star Fury and I decided to get both at once.

Anyway, I like what I've played, but there are two problems. First, there was no "Game Settings" app, like in the demo, so I had to manually edit the config file. Nothing too big, but just a minor issue.

The real problem, though, is that the game won't save. I go through all the motions for saving, but no save file is actually created. I just click the "save" button, and I'm booted back to the pause menu as usual, but there's nothing in the load game selection, and it dosen't show up on the save game screen, either.

Any ideas on what's going on?

(are you sure Config.exe is not in the same bin/Final/ folder as Game.exe?)

Please, open the game's folder and look if there is sub-folder "saves" inside. It should be, but if there happens to be no such folder, simply create it.
I cannot recall any other problems with saves I heard of.

Ah, found it. The "Game Settings" app was inexplicably under "Pathologic > bin > Final".

Also, you're right. There is no saves folder. I'll be sure to create it now.
