I'm doing the initial quest given by Young Vlad, which tasks you with finding the fake panacea that's being spread throughout the Apiary. The walkthrough says that if I talk to Burakh, he'll tell me about some Worms making the fake panacea on the 2nd floor of that same building.
However, when I talk to Burakh about the fake panacea, he says nothing to that effect; he claims to not really know what I'm talking about, and my dialogue responses just boil down to "this was bad info" or something like that. When I go to the 2nd floor, there are no worms to talk to, no worms making some sort of soup or whatever the walkthrough says they're doing. And if I go back to Vlad to confront him for more info about the quest, he has nothing to say (beyond the typical "hey-you-wanna-buy-a-map" thing).
Can someone help me? Is this a bug?
